Cancellation Policy

At Crème de L’est Salon, we are committed to providing every guest with exceptional service in a serene, luxurious environment. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies: Appointments • All appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, text, or our online booking platform. • Walk-ins are not accepted at this time to maintain personalized service for each guest. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time to ensure your full service experience. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule. A $50 late fee may apply. • While we will do our best to accommodate you, late arrivals can impact other guests and the flow of our day. Cancellations & No-Shows • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount and must pay in full before booking future appointments. Rescheduling • To reschedule, please call or text at least 24 hours before your appointment time. • Frequent last-minute changes may affect your ability to book in the future. Confirmation & Reminders • A confirmation will be sent via text or email once your appointment is scheduled. • You’ll receive an automated reminder 24–48 hours prior. Please confirm your appointment to avoid cancellation. Cleanliness & Preparation • We ask that clients arrive with clean, product-free hair, unless otherwise instructed. • For lash services, please arrive without eye makeup or mascara for optimal results. Children & Additional Guests • Due to limited space and to preserve the relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend the appointment unless otherwise approved in advance.
